You will be instrumental in designing, building, and deploying next-generation AI solutions and robust, automated cloud workflows that enhance our customer service, operational efficiency, and competitive edge in the Bulgarian market.
Key Responsibilities:
- AI Model Development & Deployment: Design, train, evaluate, and deploy Machine Learning and Generative AI models using Google Cloud Vertex AI (including AutoML, custom training, and Generative AI models like Gemini) for various insurance use cases (e.g., risk assessment, claims processing, customer interaction).
- Cloud Workflow Automation: Architect and implement complex, scalable, and resilient automated workflows and data pipelines in GCP using Google Cloud Workflows and other GCP services (e.g., Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub).
- API Management & Integration: Develop, secure, and govern APIs to expose AI services and connect internal/external systems using Apigee API Management.
- Technical Leadership: Collaborate with Data Scientists, Analysts, and Business stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications and deliver high-quality, production-ready code.
- MLOps Implementation: Establish and maintain MLOps practices, including Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, monitoring, and model governance on Vertex AI.
Technical Skills:
- Artificial Intelligence: Deep practical experience with Vertex AI Platform for MLOps: training, deployment (online/batch prediction), model versioning, monitoring, and feature store. Experience with Generative AI and LLMs is a significant plus.
- Core Development: Strong proficiency in Python (including ML/Data Science libraries like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) and solid skills in SQL/NoSQL.
- GCP Services: Proven professional experience with core Google Cloud services, including Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, BigQuery, Cloud Functions/Run.
- Automation & Orchestration: Hands-on experience creating and managing end-to-end workflows using Google Cloud Workflows. Familiarity with event-driven architectures.
- Apigee & Security: In-depth knowledge of Apigee API Management (or similar platforms) for API development, traffic management, security policies (OAuth, JWT), and analytics. Experience with RESTful API design.
- Infrastructure as Code: Working knowledge of CI/CD tools (Cloud Build, Gitlab/GitHub Actions) and Terraform/Pulumi for managing cloud resources.
