21.09.2026

Introduce yourself! How long have you been working at Groupama? In what role?

- My name is Maya, and I've been part of Groupama for a little over a year as a Digital Marketing Specialist.

Describe your job in a few words?

- The work is extremely dynamic and requires great attention to detail. Being part of the team responsible for the company's digital services, I always put our clients' and partners' needs first. We strive to present insurance products and services in a simple, understandable way, improving the user experience and boosting both sales and customer satisfaction with choosing Groupama as their insurance partner.

What is Groupama to you in one word?

- A challenge.

Why do you think insurance is important?

- Insurance brings peace of mind for those moments no one wants to face.

What is the one thing you never leave home without?

- Personal identification documents.

What small things do you do to care for your loved ones?

- I have a young daughter, so spending time outdoors away from screens is really important to me. Preparing fresh, healthy home-cooked meals is another small way I care for my family.

Do you have a handy tip for home care?

- I usually avoid harsh chemical cleaners. Baking soda, lemon, and vinegar work wonders on all kinds of surfaces.

Any useful car care advice?

- I use a seat protector behind the child seat to shield the upholstery, giving my daughter extra space for her toys and water bottle—it makes our road trips so much easier.

What everyday steps do you take to care for the environment?

- I love hiking in the mountains and always pick up my trash—and often others' too. I turn off the tap while brushing my teeth and recycle religiously. I also always bring reusable bags when shopping.

Where, what, and how do you recycle?

- I mainly collect paper packaging for recycling, while saving plastic bottle caps and aluminum cans for a charity cause. I also use clothing donation bins for old clothes instead of throwing them away.

How do you save energy?

- I always unplug appliances when they're not in use and turn off lights when leaving a room. For the bedroom, I prefer dim LED lights, which are far more energy-efficient.

A handy travel tip for going abroad?

- Always travel with emergency medical expenses coverage 😊 Also, pack essential medications, as many require a prescription abroad.

What advice would you give to young graduates entering the job market?

- Focus on what genuinely interests you and plays to your strengths. Now is the best time to explore different opportunities to figure out your career path. Don't be afraid to share your ideas at work!
