Step 1

Claim Notification

In case of an insurance event, you need to contact our representative within 5 business days of the event, and in case of theft, robbery, fire, or explosion of the vehicle - within 24 hours of learning about the event:

0700 123 32 – for events that occurred in Bulgaria and

+359 2 902 48 13 – for events that occurred outside the territory of Bulgaria.

Damage Inspection

Via "Groupama Video Assistant", a special Groupama application for remote inspection via your smartphone

In person, at a mutually agreed location

Step 3

Determining the Compensation Method

Compensation payment based on Groupama Insurance EAD's expert assessment.
Compensation payment based on invoices, when repairs are performed at a repair shop of your choice.
Damage repair at a Groupama Insurance EAD trusted repair shop.

Step 4

Compensation Payout

In cases where compensation is determined by expert assessment or invoices, the compensation is paid within 15 days to the bank account of the motor vehicle owner.

If repairs are carried out at a Groupama Insurance EAD approved repair shop, the funds for the vehicle's repair are paid directly to the repair shop.
