Public Liability

The Insurer compensates the Insured person for:

The amounts that the Insured person is legally liable to pay as compensation for property damage, bodily injury, or death caused to third parties during the term of the insurance, in connection with the activity described in the policy;

The reasonable expenses incurred by the Insured person to minimize damages, when acting with due care, even if their efforts were unsuccessful;

Legal expenses in cases against the Insured person in connection with insurance events covered by the insurance, provided that the Insurer has been involved in the process;

Additional coverages as agreed between the Insurer and the Insured.

The terms of the insurance are individual and are determined based on a fully completed proposal form from the applicant and a paid insurance premium. The price of the insurance depends on the business activity and the insurance history of the insured person, the agreed limits of liability, and their potential deductible in covering the damages incurred.
