Auto assistance insurance

• Roadside repair in case of a road traffic accident or mechanical breakdown, including fuel shortage
• Repatriation of the Insured person and/or accommodation expenses
• Repatriation of an electric vehicle when the battery runs out of electricity, to the nearest electric charging station
• Medical transport / repatriation in case of sudden death
• Return of a child/children up to 16 years old left unsupervised
• Delivery of spare parts
• Legal assistance – if, as a result of a road traffic accident involving the insured vehicle, the driver is held legally responsible
• Unlocking, transport, ordering a duplicate key

By Clause "A" and Clause "B"

• The risk of mechanical breakdown is not covered for
  vehicles over 20 years from the date of first
  registration of the vehicle
• Expenses that have been paid directly, without
  prior authorization from the Assistance company.

By Clause "T"

• Expenses that have been paid directly without
  prior authorization from the Assistance company
• For all damages incurred as a result of the General and Special Exclusions specified in the General Terms and Conditions
• When the call center has not been notified of an insurance assistance event.

The insurance is valid for the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria and/or the member states of the EU, EEA, Andorra, Serbia, and Switzerland;
