✓ All sums that the Insured person is legally obliged to pay, according to a legal act, due to an occupational accident occurring during the insurance term and resulting in temporary disability, permanent disability over 50 percent, or death of their employees.

✓ Insurance compensation covers the difference between the incurred damages – non-pecuniary and pecuniary, including lost profit – and the compensation and/or pension from social security.

✓ Insurance coverage also extends to damages from an occupational accident caused by force majeure during or in connection with assigned work, even if performed without instruction but in the employer's interest, as well as during breaks taken on the company premises.
