• Health improvement and illness prevention (Prophylaxis);

• Second medical opinion

• Mandatory immunizations
• Cosmetic and plastic surgeries, as well as elective procedures
• Examinations and tests without medical necessity
• Emergency medical assistance, excluding weekends and nights
• Treatment of reproductive problems
• Events occurring due to the use of alcohol, drugs, or opiates
• Events arising from non-compliance with medical recommendations
