Product Liability Insurance

Coverage is provided for the Insured's liability for damages caused to users of the insured products during the insurance period.

All sums, up to the agreed limits of liability, that the Insured is legally obliged to pay to third parties as compensation for damages, including property damage and/or bodily injury, caused by its products.

All expenses for settling claims, within the agreed limits of liability, incurred with the Insurer's consent, including all legal costs for cases brought against the Insured when the Insurer is involved in the proceedings.
