Business Security Insurance

The insurance is offered as a package with optional additional coverages:

PACKAGE 1:

• Fire, lightning, explosion, implosion, impact by piloted aircraft (or parts thereof) or cargo
• Natural perils - storm (falling trees and branches), hail, torrential rain, flood, damage from weight of snow or ice, freezing
• Damage to property due to impact by vehicle or animal
• Costs for debris removal and salvage of property 

PACKAGE 2: Includes all risks from PACKAGE 1, including

• Malicious damage
• Arson

 PACKAGE 3: Includes all risks from PACKAGE 2, including

• Short circuit and/or power surge

 PACKAGE 4: Includes all risks from PACKAGE 3, including

• Landslide or subsidence
• Accident with loading and unloading machinery during loading and unloading 
• D2 Escape of water and steam

• Earthquake;
• Escape of water and steam;
• Glass breakage, shop windows, advertising signs and boards;
• Shockwave;
• Loss of rental income;
• Third party liability clause for property damage caused to third parties by insured property, as a result of an insurance event covered by the policy.
• Burglary

Intended for Bulgarian and foreign natural and legal persons who wish to insure their own, rented, or leased immovable and movable property. The product is aimed at:

• small and medium-sized enterprises with non-production activities (offices, shops, commercial premises, catering establishments, commercial premises for service provision, and business facilities);
• solid construction buildings after Act 15;
• sum insured up to 1,278,229.70 EUR
• borrowers - for mortgaged or pledged property, the insurance can also be concluded in favor of a creditor bank.

Business Security Insurance is designed specifically for small and medium-sized businesses, allowing clients to protect non-material and material assets such as:

• Buildings with solid construction
• Machinery, installations, equipment, including business inventory
• Short-term tangible assets, including materials, production, goods.
