All Risks Insurance

Damage and losses to real and movable property are covered against all risks, except those expressly excluded in the General Terms and Conditions of the insurance.

Insurance coverage is grouped into two sections:

• Lightning, explosion, implosion

• Collision or impact by piloted aircraft, its parts or cargo

• This insurance does not cover physical loss, destruction, or damage to the following properties, nor loss under Section 2 resulting from such physical loss, destruction, or damage: jewelry, precious furs, bullion, precious metals, or precious stones;
• Home contents, personal property

• locomotives, railway rolling stock and vessels; aircraft; vehicles and trailers registered or licensed for use on public roads;
• livestock, animals, birds, or fish; land, trees, crops, and meadows; bridges, canals, roads, and tunnels, railway lines; docks, piers, and harbours; mining property located below the surface of the earth, etc.;
