Today we have a great reason to be proud and happy with the achievements at Groupama Bulgaria! Our automation project and the implementation of artificial intelligence in health insurance claims processing won immense recognition across the entire Groupama Group.

The project took first place in the Group's annual Top Success competition under the category "Operations, Customer Experience & Innovation".

Groupama Bulgaria's innovative AI-driven automated approach for faster processing and payout of health insurance compensation secured first place following a rigorous selection process lasting over six months. We are even prouder that our company delivered at the highest level, outperforming even the largest subsidiaries—making it the only project from an international subsidiary to take top honors in this year's competition.

The project underwent thorough evaluations across multiple stages and judging panels, culminating last night at an elegant awards ceremony in Paris, where our team was celebrated as winners and pioneers in AI implementation.

Top Success ("Groupama's Greatest Successes") is an annual internal competition organized by Groupama Group that recognizes innovative projects, digital tools, and social initiatives developed across the Group's subsidiaries and regional mutuals.

Each year, the Paris ceremony highlights outstanding initiatives in key categories such as risk prevention, artificial intelligence, sustainability, and customer experience.

Nearly 40 projects were submitted across all entities this year.
