Key Responsibilities:

• Providing legal and compliance review of insurance products and product documentation
• Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing various commercial contracts, including outsourcing agreements, ICT third-party contracts, and partnership agreements
• Managing DORA compliance contractual requirements, including maintaining and updating the Information Register for ICT service providers
• Providing legal and compliance opinions on various matters
• Participating in the development, implementation, and maintenance of compliance policies, procedures, and controls
• Ensuring adherence to general and industry-specific regulations (e.g., insurance law, DORA, data protection)
• Monitoring changes in legislation and providing opinions on legislative initiatives
• Representing Groupama before regulatory authorities

Required Skills:

• Master’s degree in Law and Certificate for legal capacity
• At least 3 years work experience in the field
• Fluency in English
• Understanding or hands-on experience with financial sector regulations, including DORA and outsourcing frameworks (considered a strong plus)
• Desire to learn and continuously develop
• Excellent Google MS Office knowledge
