Groupama's business is growing by over 20% annually. In line with our drive for continuous development, we are looking for an accountable, motivated team member for the position of: Insurance Claims Expert – Non-Motor 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Register insurance claims in the company's IT system;
• Request and review the necessary documentation following an insurance event;
• Conduct inspections, draft reports, and prepare calculations for insurance claims;
• Assess the grounds for coverage and the compensation amount for insurance claims, drafting final reports;
• Prepare proposals for claim payouts or reasoned claim refusals;
• Coordinate work with loss adjusters and assistance companies;
• Handle daily communication and correspondence with clients, intermediaries, and internal business units;
• Participate in testing new products or IT system updates related to claims handling;
• Prepare reports and analytical summaries related to the department's operations;
• Assist the Underwriting department as needed with risk inspection and evaluation of insured assets;
• Participate in company projects related to non-motor claims management, among other tasks.

REQUIREMENTS:

• A degree in Economics, with a background in Insurance and Social Security considered an advantage;
• 1–2 years of professional experience in a similar role or within the insurance field;
• Strong computer skills;
• Working proficiency in English and/or French;
• Active driver with a valid driver's license;
• Prior experience with INSIS insurance software and CRM tools is a plus;
• Personal qualities: highly organized and adaptable; analytical mindset with readiness to take ownership; proactive and loyal; excellent communication skills, ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines; high professional ethics.
