Groupama's business is growing by over 20% annually, and as part of our expansion, we are looking for a new talent to join our team as an Insurance Payments Specialist.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Registers incoming payments (premiums, commissions) in the company's core system
• Verifies data and transactions, reconciling accounting software balances with bank statements
• Performs credit control on receivables from brokers and agents, preparing intermediary statement reports
• Prepares target achievement reports for intermediaries and assists in commission calculations 
• Sends notification letters for overdue and upcoming payments in accordance with established procedures
• Reviews and controls intermediary reports, including due premiums, commissions, submitted reports, and entitlement criteria
• Prepares reports, notification letters, and statements for premium refunds
• Prepares reports on paid and accrued premiums and commissions

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• University degree in Economics or Finance;
• Strong computer literacy;
• Professional experience in insurance and prior experience with INSIS are considered an advantage; 
• Personal skills: initiative, strong organization, accountability, attention to detail, adaptability, and high professional ethics;
• Ability to make operational decisions independently in daily accounting tasks;
