Groupama Group's financial report for 2025 highlights very solid financial results and strong growth across all Group companies.
Building on the strong momentum of 2024, these achievements reinforce our Group's business model, enabling us to advance our strategic roadmap and drive steady organic growth focused on customer satisfaction as our top priority.
Groupama Group reports a 22.8% increase in operating income, with net profit reaching €1 billion.
Premium income (insurance premiums and other revenue) reached €20 billion, an increase of +8.4%
Growth across all business lines: Property & Casualty (+6.2%), Health & Life insurance (+8.4%), and Savings & Pensions (+14.3%)
Sustainable growth in France (+7.7%) and across international subsidiaries (+11.3%)
Insurance revenue (IFRS 17) of €17.3 billion, up +6.2%
Net profit of €1 billion
Economic operating income of €1.2 billion, up by €22.8 million
Gross weather-related reinsurance losses amounted to €895 million (slightly higher than in 2024)
Combined ratio of 93.9%
Strong solvency ratio of 222% without transitional measures
Solvency ratio of 274% including transitional measure on technical reserves

Strong performance by international subsidiaries, particularly in Bulgaria
With a presence in nine countries outside France, the Group generated international premium income of €3.4 billion by the end of 2025, representing an 11.3% increase on a like-for-like basis compared to 31 December 2024. Performance was remarkably strong in Bulgaria (+35.1%), Hungary (+21.9%), Italy (+6.0%), and Romania (+12.4%), where Groupama continues to strengthen its market leadership.
