On June 12 and 13, Groupama Group management—represented by Mr. Laurent Poupart, President of Groupama Group, Mr. Thierry Martel, CEO of Groupama, and Ms. Catherine Granger, Deputy CEO of Groupama responsible for the Group's international subsidiaries—visited Sofia to see the successful development of the Bulgarian subsidiary first-hand.

The executive teams of Groupama Insurance and Groupama Life Insurance presented the specifics of the Bulgarian insurance market, the company's local strategy, and performance across various business segments: Health Insurance, Motor Insurance, Non-Motor Insurance, and Human Resources. The main focus was on daily efforts to continuously boost customer and partner satisfaction in Bulgaria, the development of modern digital solutions, and ongoing investments in Groupama employees.

During the visit, the guests were also welcomed by His Excellency Mr. Joël Meyer, Ambassador of France to Bulgaria. They had the opportunity to speak with Stéphane Delahaye, CEO of the French-Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, alongside leaders of French businesses in Bulgaria, discussing topics such as Bulgaria's euro adoption, economic progress, and recent national development.

The visit also featured a meeting with the management team of Groupama's strategic partner in Bulgaria, DSK Bank. Key discussion topics included successful ongoing collaboration, achieved results, and joint future projects.

At the conclusion of the visit, the guests reviewed key initiatives driving continuous commercial growth in the Bulgarian market, as well as innovations introduced to better serve customers, partners, and staff.
