We are looking for a motivated and dynamic professional to join our renewed team in Risk and Process Management Department.
What will be your responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the company’s business process management framework and the overarching Process Landscape;
- Lead Lean initiatives and process diagnostics to optimize workflows, eliminate redundancies, and drive cost-reduction through techniques such as FTE mapping.
- Document end-to-end business processes, ensuring comprehensive maps for both value chain and enabling functions;
- Provide methodological support for Internal Regulations, performing consistency checks to ensure alignment between new documentation and existing processes.
- Define and monitor KPIs to track process performance, identifying bottlenecks and supporting teams in continuous improvement initiatives;
- Conduct gap analyses and process infrastructure assessments to identify and quantify optimization potential;
- Prepare high-level reports and presentations for management regarding the progress, outcomes, and strategic impact of Lean initiatives;
- Drive organizational change by conducting workshops and coaching sessions on Lean methodologies and best practices;
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, acting as a mentor to encourage active employee engagement and sustainable process ownership;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all process improvements remain aligned with organizational objectives.
What We Value:
- Education: Master’s degree in business administration, Operations Management or Economic
- Professional Experience: At least 2 years of experience in process optimization, operational excellence, or business transformation roles
- Methodological Expertise: Practical knowledge of Lean tools such as Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Kaizen, 5S, Root Cause Analysis (Fishbone/5 Whys), and Kanban
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to interpret complex data to drive decision-making
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and coach teams at all levels
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
- Knowledge of Google tools and MS Office
