- Organizes and conducts the recruitment and selection process of the company;
- Responsible for organizing and preparing workplace for new employees;
- Organization of training process - design of training materials, organization of training, reporting;
- Responsible for administering employee access to an electronic training system;
- Perform exit interviews with employees;
- Supports the activities for evaluation of the performance of the employees and proposes measures for managing the career of the talents;
- Organizes the activity for raising the education and professional qualification of the staff;
- Participates in internal employee surveys - prepares questionnaires and analyzes results;
- Administers additional social benefits for the company's employees;
- Accepts and assists in the preparation of documentation related to the appointment, re-appointment and termination of employment and civil contracts;
- Is responsible for the completeness and proper storage of employee employment files, in accordance with applicable legislation;
- Provides competent assistance in resolving labor and payroll cases;
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the field of recruitment and selection, training and development and administration of employment relations.
- Excellent knowledge of Bulgarian labor and social security legislation.
- Good working level of English or French - both written and spoken.
- Еmpathy, responsibility, confidentiality and ethics, adaptability, pproactivity and well organized.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in a similar position in financial or insurance institution is mandatory.
