We are looking for a motivated and dynamic professional to join our renewed team in Risk and Process Management Department.

 What will be your responsibilities:

  • Coordinate, assess and report insurance, financial and operational risks in collaboration with risk owners;
  • Monitor the overall risk profile of the company to ensure alignment with the implemented risk tolerance framework;
  • Prepare and draft annual Solvency II reports, including the ORSA (Own Risk and Solvency Assessment), Regular Supervisory Report (RSR) and Solvency and Financial Condition Report (SFCR);
  • Maintain and update the permanent control system as a Second Line of Defense, ensuring all controls are properly documented;
  • Design and advise on the implementation of permanent controls for critical business processes;
  • Provide methodological support for developing and updating Internal Regulations, conducting consistency checks to ensure all new or amended documents are aligned with internal standards;
  • Manage and maintain a comprehensive local database of all Internal Regulations
  • Develop and coordinate action plans to continuously improve the company’s control environment;
  • Consult on key projects regarding risk identification, permanent control, and regulatory compliance;
  • Perform risk assessments for new product launches or modifications to existing ones.

What We Value:

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Economics or Risk Management
  • Experience working in Risk management in financial institution
  • Fluency in English
  • Desire to learn
  • Knowledge of Google tools and MS Office
