We are looking for a motivated and dynamic professional to join our renewed team in General Legal and Compliance Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing legal and compliance review of insurance products and product documentation.
- Drafting documents and agreements (e.g. agreements with third party providers, partnership agreements, etc.)
- Providing legal and compliance opinions on various matters.
- Ensuring adherence to general and industry-specific regulations (e.g., financial, healthcare, data protection, environmental).
- Handling compliance related cases (e.g. AML/FT cases, third parties’ due diligence, handling conflicts of interest, etc.).
- Handling complaints Monitoring changes in legislation and provide opinions on various legislative initiatives.
- Representing Groupama before regulators.
Required Skills:
- Master’s degree in law and Certificate for legal capacity.
- Fluency in English.
- Excellent MS Office, Google Workspace and AI knowledge.
- Experience in AML, insurance company or international environment is a plus.
