We are looking for an experienced IT Support Expert to join our IT team. This is a hands-on role combining day-to-day user support with active participation in IT projects. You will be the primary point of contact for technical issues managed through our Jira-based ticketing system, while also contributing to infrastructure improvements, software integrations, and the continuous development of our Google-centric technology environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- User Support & Ticketing
Handle end-user support requests and incidents through the Jira ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues across the organization.
- Google Workspace & Ecosystem
Administer and support Google Workspace for all users, including account management, permissions, and configuration. Support the integration and adoption of Google ecosystem tools and services across the organization.
- Systems & Network Administration
Maintain and support Windows Server environments and network infrastructure. Perform routine administration tasks including user management, group policies, and basic network troubleshooting across switches, routers, and firewalls.
- Software Management & Licensing
Manage software licenses, track renewals, and ensure compliance across the organization. Handle installation, upgrade, and integration of business applications, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Project Participation
Participate in IT projects including infrastructure upgrades, software rollouts, and technology migrations. Collaborate with the infrastructure team when needed to support project delivery and ensure smooth implementation.
Required Skills:
Must-have:
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in IT support or systems administration.
- Knowledge of Google Workspace administration and the broader Google ecosystem.
- Experience with Windows Server administration — user management, group policies, Active Directory and system backup.
- Working knowledge of network infrastructure — switching, routing, basic firewall configuration.
- Experience managing software licenses, upgrades, and third-party integrations.
- Hands-on experience with Jira or other ticketing system.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a structured approach to problem resolution.
- Valid category B driving license.
- Good command of English (spoken and written).
Nice-to-have:
- Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) basics.
- Experience with endpoint management and MDM solutions.
- Knowledge of IT asset management processes.
- Experience in a regulated industry (insurance, banking, or finance).
